I AM BACK - November Awareness Days

and I know that I have been absent in October but that was for a reason. I just wanted to have some time for myself, I am also doing some other projects besides my website, and I focused on that instead. But nevertheless, I am back and I want to show you what you can expect on my blog for November.

Transgender Awareness Week 
The second week of November 
The purpose is to educate about transgender and gender non-conforming people and the issues. It leads up to Transgender Day of Remembrance.

Intersex Day of Remembrance (Intersex Solidarity Day) 
8-Nov 
Observed to highlight issues faced by intersex people; marks the birthday of Herculine Barbin. Website.

Transgender Day of Remembrance 
20-Nov 
Honors the memory of those whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.
