It is with both an overflowing heart and a bittersweet farewell that I share the announcement that *“A Moment of Lovely”* will officially be retiring. This moment marks the end of a journey that began as a simple idea and grew into something far bigger than I could ever have imagined. A project that started during the challenging days of the pandemic has now come to a close after five incredible years of growth, connection, and unforgettable experiences. And so, as we reach this point, I find myself reflecting on everything that *“A Moment of Lovely”* has brought me, and everything that we, together, have built.
To say that it has been an absolute pleasure to have you all with me through this adventure is an understatement. Over the years, we have created a space filled with positivity, support, and inspiration—a community where joy was shared, ideas were exchanged, and love was always at the forefront. From the very first update I posted, I never could have anticipated the depth of connection that would come out of this simple project. What began as an individual pursuit soon blossomed into something much more—a movement, a space for reflection, a safe haven for anyone looking for a moment of happiness. And that, in no small part, is due to each and every one of you.
The early days of *“A Moment of Lovely”* were, without a doubt, full of uncertainty. As the world shifted and we all faced the weight of the pandemic, it was hard to imagine what the future would hold. I felt like many others did at the time: unsure, overwhelmed, and disconnected. But in the face of all that uncertainty, *“A Moment of Lovely”* was born. What began as a way for me to share positivity in a time that needed it most, quickly became a space for connection, a place for joy, and, most importantly, a community of like-minded people. What started as an individual project soon turned into something far larger than I could ever have expected.
Looking back on the past five years, it is clear to me that the love and support from all of you have been the heart of this project. I cannot express enough how much your engagement, feedback, and encouragement have meant to me. Every comment, every message, every word of support was a reminder that *“A Moment of Lovely”* was resonating with others and truly making an impact. Together, we have built something incredible. I am endlessly grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with so many of you, to hear your stories, and to share in those precious moments of joy together.
One of the most meaningful aspects of this journey has been the incredible team that has worked beside me throughout this entire process. What an amazing group of people, all of whom have been instrumental in bringing *“A Moment of Lovely”* to life. From brainstorming ideas to executing posts and everything in between, the team’s dedication, passion, and commitment to this project have been unmatched. I want to extend my deepest thanks to each member of the team for their hard work and unwavering belief in what we were creating. It was not just about creating content—it was about creating something that could touch lives, spread joy, and bring people together. And that’s exactly what we did, together. I will always treasure the time we’ve spent working side by side to build this dream.
Furthermore, I must give special thanks to our incredible partners in South Africa. Our collaboration has been one of the most rewarding and fulfilling aspects of this journey. From the very beginning, our partnership has been founded on trust, shared goals, and a mutual desire to create something positive and meaningful. I have been in awe of the dedication and professionalism that our South African partners have shown, and I will forever be grateful for their invaluable contributions. Together, we have accomplished so much, and I look forward to seeing the impact of our work continue to ripple out for years to come. I can’t thank you enough for the unwavering support you’ve shown along the way.
As we reach the end of this chapter, I want to take a moment to reflect on everything we’ve achieved. When I first launched *“A Moment of Lovely”*, I didn’t know where it would lead, but I knew that it had the potential to do something good. And as I look back over the last five years, I am filled with gratitude for all that we’ve accomplished. The relationships we’ve built, the moments of joy we’ve shared, the impact we’ve had—it’s been beyond anything I could have imagined when I first started. And for that, I am eternally thankful.
To all of you who have been part of this journey—whether you’ve been with me from the very beginning or just recently joined the community—I want to express my deepest gratitude. Your support has meant the world to me, and without you, none of this would have been possible. You have been the driving force behind *“A Moment of Lovely”*, and it has been an honour to share this journey with you. I can’t thank you enough for the love, encouragement, and positivity you’ve shown me over the years.
And while *“A Moment of Lovely”* may be retiring, this is not goodbye. Not entirely. There’s still one more moment left to celebrate—*The Moment of the Year* celebration in December. I’m excited to celebrate this final moment with you all, to look back on everything we’ve accomplished, and to reflect on the impact we’ve had. I hope you’ll join me for this final hurrah as we send off *“A Moment of Lovely”* in style, with one last celebration of everything we’ve shared. Stay tuned for more details on that, as it’s going to be something truly special.
As for what comes next, I’m not entirely sure yet. But one thing I do know is that I will carry the memories and lessons from this journey with me. I’ve learned so much over the years—about myself, about the power of community, and about the importance of spreading positivity in the world. Whatever comes next, I will always look back on this chapter with immense gratitude and pride. I know that the future holds many exciting things, and I’m eager to see where the next adventure leads. But I strongly believe that TEMPTATION will give that space to me. Good news, you will not have to add a new bookmark for a new website or so, this website will still have the same URL until the contract with my provider ends and then we will directly move to TEMPTATION.

I am beyond grateful for the love and support you’ve shown me, and I will always treasure the memories we’ve made together.
